Management Fees
Our standard management fee is 6% of the gross rental income of your luxury properties. However, as LHM customers you are entitled to significant discounts on various operating services that are essential for all property owners, such as insurance, contracting services, and legal fees. If you opt to use our management services, you will also receive discounts on leasing and sales services. These discounts can significantly offset the stated management fees. Management of owner-occupied properties will be priced individually on a case-by-case basis.
